A CHURCH IN MY HEART - Pastor Gabriel Cordeiro
"For years God has been speaking to my heart about His church. Not long after I became a believer the Lord said to me, "The future of the church is to go back to what it was in the beginning", Since then I've been dreaming about that church; a community centered around Jesus that would display the true love and true power of God, just like it was in the book of Acts. After 16 years serving the Church in different ministries, cultural environments and capacities, God led us to start First Love Church. Although we are just in the beginning, I can see God's dream coming to pass in this growing community. God is building His Kingdom, and we are part of it. We want to go back to our first love and stay there. Won't you come with us? Let's do it together!
Acts 2:42-47
42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ [a]doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. 44 Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, 45 and [b]sold their possessions and goods, and divided[c] them among all, as anyone had need.
46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added [d]to the church daily those who were being saved.
